Imagine a town full of quirky, colourful people, but overrun with rats.

Then, there’s the VERY stingy Mayor who may – or may not have the town’s best interests at heart.

The townsfolk need to get rid of the rats, who are ruining their livelihood, so they look to the Mayor for help. But the Mayor is SO stingy, and selfish. And he has a deep dark secret. Will he really help?

And what about the rats? Why are they there, and what makes them stay? AND are they really the biggest villains in the town?

The Pied Piper is a mysterious, character with mystical, magical musical powers.

When the Mayor calls him in, he begins to put the town to rights – but his help comes at a price. Will he believe the Mayor’s promises of a rich reward, or will he smell a rat?

The Fate of this town lies in the balance… will everyone be saved, or will selfishness doom them all? You might be VERY surprised at the answer!
